The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed with a prayer to grant an anticipatory bail to the applicant, Irfan @ Pappu in Case Crime No. 22 of 2021 under sections 302, 506 I.P.C., police station Babina, District Jhansi.
The applicant has been implicated for the offence under section 302 I.P.C. Application is barred by Section 438 (6) Cr.P.C. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
