JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Ms.Medha N.Pandya, learned advocate for the petitioner. It is submitted by her that pursuant to order dated 06.09.2012, passed in Special Civil Application No.11759 of 2012, the petitioner had furnished his reply to the show cause notice dated 16.08.2012. However, no opportunity of hearing, in terms of the aforementioned order, has been afforded to the petitioner. Instead, the impugned Notice dated 09.11.2012 has been issued.
Issue Notice returnable on 18.12.2012.
In addition to the normal mode of service, Direct Service is also permitted.
