The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India as well as under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code for the prayer that the impugned order passed by 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Anand in Criminal Revision Application No.70/2012 dated 28.02.2012 and the impugned order passed by Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Umreth in Criminal Misc. Application No.98/2002 dated 25.05.2007 on the grounds stated in the petition.
Learned counsel, Mr.Majmudar for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application without prejudice to the rights and contentions. Permission is granted. The present application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
