The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code for the prayer that complaint at Annexure-A and the order passed by the trial court in Criminal Misc. Complaint Case No.4571 of 2010 dated 9th June, 2011 below Exh.15 for discharge may be set aside.
Learned counsel, Mr.Shakeel Qureshi for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition without prejudice to the rights and contentions before the trial court. Permission is granted. The present petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
