Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
This Court vide orders dated 21.12.2016 and 10.05.2019 had already expedited the trial of the present case.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has informed the Court that the case is at the stage of delivery of judgment.
In view of of the above fact, no specific direction can be issued for expediting the trial of the aforesaid case. The matter under Article 227 of Constitution of India lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed.
