The petitioner is directed to deposit Rs.10,000/­ within two weeks from today with the trial court and, thereafter, continues to pay Rs.3,000/­ every month starting from 1 st April 2012 to respondent No.2­ wife till she appears before this Court and is heard on merit.

Issue notice returnable on 23.4.2012. Ad­interim relief in terms of paragraphs 8(B) and (C). Learned APP waives service on behalf of the State. Direct service is permitted qua the private respondent.
