Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier a Writ Petition No. 18115 of 2018 has been filed by the petitioner and he will move an application in that writ petition for the relief sought, as such he does not wish to press this writ petition and may be dismissed.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
