Heard Sri Rakesh Pande, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sanjay Misra and Sri Pankaj Saxena, learned standing counsel for the opposite parties.
Sri Sanjay Misra, learned counsel for the opposite party has filed affidavit of compliance on behalf of opposite party nos. 1 and 2 which are taken on record. From the perusal of the same it appears that the order dated 4.2.2013 passed in Writ C No. 6024 of 2013 ( Iqbal Ahmad vs. State of U.P. and others) has been complied with by renewing the licence of the petitioner from 11.4.2014 to 31.12.2018 vide order dated 11.4.2014. In view of above, without going into further controversy the contempt application is dismissed. Notice issued to the opposite party is discharged.
