Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to file an affidavit within a period of two weeks indicating as to what amount has been paid to the petitioner Learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel states that all the dues have been paid to the petitioner and the matter for grant of permanent pension has been referred to the Pension Directorate and claim of Insurance has been referred to the Insurance Company.

List immediately after expiry of the aforesaid period.
