Notices on behalf of the respondent nos. 1 and 2 have been accepted by the office of learned Chief Standing Counsel, therefore, notice need not be served again.
Issue notice to respondent no. 4 through registered post returnable at an early date.
No notice is issued to respondent no. 3 at this stage and the question of issuance of notice to respondent no. 3 shall be considered after receipt of the counter affidavit.
Learned Standing counsel is directed to file counter affidavit within a period of four weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within two weeks thereafter. List thereafter.
Till the next date of listing, subject to deposit of Rs. 7000/- before the respondent no. 2 the operation of the impugned order dated 5/6 June, 2010 passed by the Additional Labour Commissioner, Mirzapaur shall remained stayed.
