From the affidavit of compliance filed today, the learned counsel for the Corporation seeks to be submitted that necessary corrections needed on the spot have already been made under the instructions of respondent no. 2 namely, Executive Engineer, U.P. Power Corporation Limited, Urban Electricity Distribution Division-II, Chaowkaghat, Varanasi. As regards, the prayer of the petitioner for removal of the existing cement pole, specific stand has been taken that the existing cemented electricity pole is in perfect condition and needs no removal. The contention of the petitioner that the cemented electricity pole supply is in dilapidated condition and posing damages and as such needs to be removed has been specifically disputed in the affidavit of compliance.
Considering the stand of the parties and having perused the photographs appended with the compliance affidavit of the respondents filed today, we find that the order dated 26th November, 2021 passed by this Court has been complied with. No further correction is needed.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
