Notice on behalf of respondents 1, 5,6, 7, 8 and 9 has been accepted by the learned Chief Standing Counsel, and on behalf of respondent no.2 notice has been accepted by Sri Vinai Bhushan. Notice on behalf of respondent no. 3 has been accepted by Sri Shishir Jain, and on behalf of respondent no. 4 notice has been accepted by Sri Wasiq-Uddin.
Counsel for the petitioner claims parity of the interim order dated 18.6.2009 passed in Writ Petition No. 5566 (MB) of 2009 ; Association of Self Finance Educational Institutions and another vs State of U.P. and others.
Counsel for the respondents do agree that the matter is the same, which is engaging attention of this Court in the aforesaid writ petition.
We, therefore, provide as an interim measure, that the benefit of the aforesaid interim order dated 18.6.2009 passed in the aforesaid writ petition shall be available to the present petitioner also.
The office is directed to issue a copy of the order dated 18.6.2009 passed in Writ Petition No. 5566(MB) of 2009, while issuing certified copy of this order.
