This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners with the prayer to quash the impugned N.C.R. No. 0146 of 2018, dated 05.08.2018, under Sections 323 and 504 I.P.C., P.S. Birno, district Ghazipur.
At the very inception the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the present writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed.
The learned A.G.A. has no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners.
In view of the above, the writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn leaving it open to the petitioner to rake up his grievance before the appropriate forum.
Certified copy, if any, be provided to the learned counsel as per Rules.
