Pahwa, learned Advocate has submitted that the opponent in present application has preferred O.J. Appeal against the decision dated 15.11.2011 and the said O.J. Appeal is pending. In that view of the matter, the hearing of present application is deferred, for the present, to 27th January 2012, in view of the statement made by Mr. Pahwa that the appeal be listed for hearing on 20th January 2012.
