Hon'ble Yogesh Chandra Gupta,J.
Three weeks' time is granted to file counter-affidavit. The petitioner will have two weeks' time thereafter, to file rejoinder-affidavit. List thereafter.
The contention of the petitioner is that the respondents are illegally treating the sanctioned load of his electric connection as 15 kilo watt whereas the sanction load of his electric connection is only 2 kilo watt. The matter requires consideration.
Till the next date of listing the effect and operation of the impugned order dated 8.9.2009 shall remain stayed.
