International Asset ... vs 3 The Tahsildar

Madras High Court|06 June, 2017

JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Order of the court was made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH,J.) Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, this court is of the view that the petitioner has to pursue its remedy before the authority concerned and it is premature to approach this court. Whileso, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the authority concerned and file writ petition afresh and has made an endorsement to that effect. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
