Sri Abhinav Gaur, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier he has downloaded the impugned order dated 30.4.2019 without having reason, but All India Council for Technical Education has passed detailed order dated 30.4.2019 along with reason, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh challenging the new order dated 30.04.2019.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed with aforesaid liberty.
