Respondents no. 5 & 7 are served by way of affixing. Thus, all the respondents are served. Heard learned advocates for the parties. In view of the averments made in the application, the delay caused in filing the first appeal is required to be condoned. Accordingly, delay is condoned. Civil application stands allowed accordingly. First appeal may come up for hearing as to admission on 30th January 2012. Rule is made absolute accordingly.
