If the petitioner is aggrieved by the encroachment over the land meant for Shamshan, then he may move appropriate application under the relevant laws. Further, also if he is aggrieved by the encroachment over the land meant for afforestation, he may move application under section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
