(1) Whether the Tribunal below committed substantial error of law in holding that interest income of insurance claim of Rs. 3,42,628/- is not directly derived from the business of the assessee and that the same is to be excluded from the profit of business of the assessee for the purpose of allowing deduction under Section 80HHC of the Act;
(2) Whether the Tribunal below committed substantial error of law in not appreciating the proviso contained in Section 10B(1) of the Act by virtue of which once the exemption is allowed the assessee should be entitled to such exemption for the next nine consecutive unexpired periods;
