This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Presiding Officer, Debts Recovery Tribunal-II, Chennai, for early disposal of I.A.No.164 of 2017 in S.A.No.15 of 2017 before taking up the main S.A.No.15 of 2017 for final hearing pending on the file of the Debts Recovery Tribunal-II, Chennai, within the time limit fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioners are the applicants and respondent/bank is the respondent in S.A.No.15 of 2017. The petitioners filed I.A.No.164 of 2017 in S.A.No.15 of 2017 for a direction to the respondent/bank to produce certain documents mentioned therein with regard to Board Meeting. The concerned authority has not disposed the I.A.No.164 of 2017 and directed to post the same along with S.A.No.15 of 2017.
3. According to the petitioners, those documents are necessary to prove the contents in the appeal. In I.A.No.164 of 2017, respondent filed counter and the petitioners also filed rejoinder. Therefore, he prays for early disposal of I.A.No.164 of 2017 before taking up the main S.A.No.15 of 2017.
4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, considering the limited prayer sought for in the civil revision petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the matter, I direct the Debts Recovery Tribunal-II, to dispose I.A.No.164 of 2017, on merits and in accordance with law, before hearing and disposing S.A.No.15 of 2017, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 29.06.2017 kj Note:
