The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, personal appearance of the petitioner is dispensed with unless or otherwise it is specifically required by order of Court concerned. Consequently, Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5900 of 2017 is closed.
