JUDGMENT / ORDER

The Company has been wound up by the order of this Court by Hon'ble Bharati Sapru, J. Smt. Kritika Singh, Advocate, appearing on behalf of the respondents, states that against the order winding up Company has filed a recalling application in the last week. The said application is pending. She is directed to give one copy of the recalling application to Sri Shubham Agrawal, counsel for the Official Liquidator and one copy to Sri Om Prakash Mishra, Advocate.
