JUDGMENT / ORDER

Manjula Chellur, C.J.
On submissions addressed at the Bar, we note that initially the petitioner had permit from the local body to construct mobile tower. When construction was to be commenced, there was obstruction from party respondents and local authority also issued a stop memo. Said stop memo, however, is subject matter before the Tribunal concerned. According to seventh respondent, permit for putting up construction of mobile tower expired way back in January, 2014. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they have asked for renewal of permit. When the subject matter of initial permit which is already expired being pursued before local authority, we fail to understand what protection could be given to the petitioner if there is no permit at all for putting up construction as on today. In the light of above observations, we dispose of the writ petitions directing the petitioner to approach when fresh cause of action arises.
