JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner is a registered infrastructure provider engaged in the business of providing telecommunication infrastructure which includes erection of towers for various mobile telecommunication service providers. As per Ext.P18 Government Order, grievance regarding erection of mobile tower has to be addressed and decided by the District Telecom Committee. Petitioner approached the District Telecom Committee with Exts.P10, P12, P14 and P16 petitions on account of obstruction being caused in the erection of mobile tower.
2. The receipts issued from the office of the 3rd respondent is produced as Exts.P11, P13, P15 and P17. Subsequently petitioner filed several petitions, further no action has been taken. Accordingly, petitioner approached this Court. Petitioner submits that as per the Government Order, District Telecom Committee has to take up the matter as early as possible preferably within fifteen days and on account of delay, huge loss is caused to the petitioner.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to take up any W.P(C).No.33654 of 2014F 2 application submitted by the petitioner and dispose the same after affording an opportunity of hearing to the affected parties within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment based on the representation submitted by the petitioner.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
