2. In this petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner inter alia seeks for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to extend adequate protection to the petitioner’s mobile telecommunication tower being installed in the schedule property and further to extend adequate protection to the workers and assets connected with the telecommunication tower thereon as requested through their complaint dated 20.12.2018 produced at Annexure-B.
3. When the matter was taken up today, learned Additional Government Advocate submitted that the controversy involved in the instant petition is squarely covered by an order dated 27.07.2016 passed in W.P.No.7336/2016 (GM-Police).
4. In view of the aforesaid submission and for the reasons assigned therein, with a view to maintain parity, the petition is disposed of on the same terms and with similar directions.
