ORDER:
This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in interfering with possession and plying of vehicle bearing No. AP 31 X 8249 owned by the second petitioner.
This Court by order dated 25.09.2009 directed respondents 1 to 3 to allow the vehicle bearing No. AP 31 X 8249 owned by the second petitioner to move freely without any obstructions provided it is not involved in any unlawful activities.
The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that after passing of the aforesaid interim order, no case against the second petitioner was registered and there is no interference by respondents.
Recording the said submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
