High Court Of Gujarat|18 June, 2012

JUDGMENT / ORDER

When in the first call the matter was called out, learned advocate for the petitioner was not present. Though there was no request on his behalf for pass-over, the hearing was deferred to second call. Even in second call, learned advocate for the petitioner is not present. Neither request for pass-over nor adjournment is made on his behalf. Therefore, dismissed for non-prosecution. Notice is discharged. Ad-interim relief, if any, granted earlier, stands vacated forthwith.
(K.M.Thaker, J.) After the order was dictated, but before the above mentioned order could be transcribed and signed, learned advocate for the petitioner has appeared and requested to recall the order and to grant adjournment. Hence, S.O. to 27.6.2012.
