Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel and Sri Bhupendra Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel appearing for the Gaon Sabha.
The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the suit for partition being Case No.01163/2019 (Computerized Case No.T-201914290401163) (Indu Tripathi vs. Ravi Pratap Singh & Ors.) under section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending in the Court of Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Saidpur, District Ghazipur may be decided expeditiously.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid case.
It is, therefore, directed that the Case No.01163/2019 (Computerized Case No.T-201914290401163) (Indu Tripathi vs. Ravi Pratap Singh & Ors.) be decided within a period of six months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. The copy of this order shall be duly certified by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
