Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The only prayer pressed on this petition is for expeditious disposal of Restoration Case No. 123 of 2018.
The application itself has been made with respect to an ex parte decree which was entered by the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Sadar Mau against the petitioner on 4 August 2017. The order-sheet indicates that presently the opposite party in that application has not yet been served.
In view of the above and coupled with the apprehension of the petitioner that the decree holders are likely to sell the property, this petition shall stand disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge concerned to endeavour to dispose of the Restoration Application with expedition and with due notice to the respondents herein and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
