(PER : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) S.O. to 12TH DECEMBER, 2012, on the statement made by learned Advocate, Mr. Masoom Shah, that the petitioner proposes to approach the Bank for the last time for settlement and interim relief may be extended only till the next date of hearing, with the stipulation that no further adjournment or extension of interim relief may be granted for any reason whatsoever. Accordingly, the interim relief is extended till the next date of hearing i.e. 12th December, 2012.
