1. Today when the present Civil Revision Application is taken up for final hearing, learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respective parties, under the instructions from their respective clients, have jointly stated at the bar that the parties have settled the dispute amicably and, therefore, the present Civil Revision Application has become infructuous. Therefore, Mr.Suthar, learned advocate for Mr.N.K.Majmudar, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present Civil Revision Application.
2. In view of the above, the present Civil Revision Application is dismissed as withdrawn. Rule is discharged. Ad-interim relief, if any, stands vacated forthwith.
