The petitioner in the writ petition is seeking a direction to the respondent no.1, Principal Judge, Family Court, Ghaziabad to decide the Execution Case No.06 of 2017 (Indresh Vs. Ravindra Kumar) expeditiously.
No useful purpose would be served by keeping this writ petition pending.
The writ petition is therefore disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.1, Principal Judge, Family Court, Ghaziabad to decide the Execution Case No.06 of 2017 (Indresh Vs. Ravindra Kumar) in accordance with law after giving an adequate opportunity of hearing to all the parties to the lis expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is received in his office.
It is made clear that the Court has not adjudicated the claim of the petitioner on merit.
