This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(I) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no. 1 Tehsildar, Tehsil Shahganj, District-Jaunpur to decide the Case No. 2875/2017, Computerized Case No. T2017143658012875 (Indrawati versus Saitulnisha), under Section 35 of U.P. Revenue Code-2006, Mauja-Argupur Kala, Pargana-Anguli, Tehsil- Shahganj, District-Jaunpur within stipulated period."
The grievance of the petitioner is that her application under Section 35 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending consideration since September, 2017.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 1Tehsildar, Tehsil-Shahganj, District-Jaunpur to decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
