Present application has been preferred by the applicants herein under Section 5 of the Limitation Act to condone the delay in preferring the Second Appeal.

Having heard the learned advocates appearing for respective parties at length and as the application is not seriously opposed by learned advocate appearing on behalf of respondent No.1, who is the main contesting party, and as the main Second Appeal is taken up for admission hearing today, delay caused in preferring the Second Appeal is hereby condoned. Rule is made absolute accordingly.
