JUDGMENT / ORDER

The present application to condone the delay is of the year 2011 and it is adjourned atleast for 25 times. Still, no steps are taken to serve unserved respondents nos. 4, 5 and 9 to 11. As a last chance, stand over to 03/05/2012. If, by that time, no steps are taken to serve unserved respondents nos. 4, 5 and 9 to 11, in that case, the present application shall be dismissed for non-prosecution so far as unserved respondents are concerned.
