1. Present matter is listed before this Court in view of order dated 10.09.2012 passed by Hon'ble Division Bench. The said order reads thus:
"It appears that by this Special Civil Application, the petitioners' grievance is that inspite of having favourable order from the Gujarat Pollution Control Board [GPCB], the GPCB is not implementing the same.
Such being the position, the matter should be placed before the learned Single Judge, taking up Group-III Special Civil Applications."
2. Heard Mr. Indravadan A. Padhya - petitioner, who appears as party-in-person.
3. The petitioner has prayed that:
"The petitioners pray for appropriate order by the Hon'ble Court to B.S.N.L. To remove immediately all infrastructures and fans to remove noise/air pollution and pay compensation of Rs.5 Lacs to each of the petitioners for violating fundamental right of peaceful living and sleep deliberately for last 15 years or so."
