JUDGMENT / ORDER

1.0 This Court on 26.03.2012 passed the following order:
"Ld.
Counsel for appellant to take appropriate steps for resp. no. 4 within four weeks failing which the matter shall dismissed qua them. S.O. to 24.04.2012."
2.0 Inspite of the aforesaid order, no action is taken by the learned advocate for the appellant. In that view of the matter, this Court has no option but to dismiss the matter. Therefore, the matter stands dismissed for default.
