The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that after orders were passed under sections 29/41 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901, the respondents were disturbing the petitioner in his possession. In this regard, he has moved an application before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Madhuban, District Mau on 4.9.2018.
The Sub-Divisional Magistrate may look into the application filed by the petitioner and take an appropriate decision within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
