Petitioner appears to have superannuated on 31.5.2020. It is stated that part of the retiral benefits have been paid but the amount payable towards traveling allowance has not been paid. Since petitioner's representation has not been considered in that regard, petitioner is before this Court.
Learned Standing Counsel states that an appropriate decision would be taken by the authority competent, in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to represent his grievance before respondent no.6, annexing all relevant materials in support of his claim, alongwith a copy of this order, within four weeks from today. Such claim of the petitioner would be got examined by the sixth respondent, who shall also ensure that amount which is found due and payable to petitioner is released to him, within a further period of four months, thereafter.
The concerned Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of computerized copy of this order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall act accordingly without waiting for submission of the certified copy of this order.
