This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the summoning order dated 24.03.2018 passed by Additional Session Judge, Court No. 1, Shahjahanpur in Session Trial No. 470 of 2013 (State vs. Ram Kumar and others), under Sections 304, 323, 504 IPC, P.S. Banda, District Shahjahanpur, pending in the court of Additional Session Judge, Court No. 1, Shahjahanpur.
By the impugned order, applicant has been summoned in an application filed under Section 319 Cr.P.C.
Learned counsel for the applicant failed to point out any illegality, infirmity or perversity in the impugned order.
The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
