Heard learned counsel for parties.
Sri Prem Prakash Yadav, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.3, the Basic Education Officer, Bijnor states that subject to verification of all facts and contentions on merits being kept open, the claim of the petitioner for being accorded the grade pay of Rs. 4600/-, shall be duly considered and a final decision in respect thereof communicated with expedition and preferably within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a duly authenticated copy of this order.
Accordingly, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
