Petitioner is accused in Crime No.57 of 2007 of the Kodakara Police station for the offences punishable under Secs.143, 147, 148, 452 and 302 read with Sec.149 of the Indian Penal Code, Sec.20 read with Sec.27 of the Arms Act, is in custody from 22.04.2014 and seeks bail. 2. Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the application. It is submitted that the petitioner was earlier granted bail but absconded (according to the learned counsel after committal of the case) and is involved in 10 other cases including offence under Sec.302 of the IPC (apart from the case on hand). The Chennapattanam Police (Karnataka State) arrested the petitioner in Crime No.316 of 2013 involving offences under Secs.120B, 363 and 395 of the IPC and as per production warrant, he was produced before the learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Thrissur.
3. Learned counsel submitted that the allegations are not true.

The application for bail preferred by the petitioner in Crime No.766 of 2012 of the Pudukkad Police station also involving among other things the offences under Sec.302 and 326 read with Sec.149 of the IPC was dismissed by this Court as per order dated 10.06.2014 where I have made reference to the number of cases in which the petitioner is involved and his disentitlement for bail. I do not find reason to take a different view in this application as well. Request for bail cannot be allowed.
