Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel for the State.
Learned Standing Counsel representing the respondents states that the claim of the petitioners for payment of minimum in the pay scale in light of the decision of the Supreme Court in Sabha Shanker Dube Vs. Divisional Forest Officer and Others [Civil Appeal No. 10956 of 2018] shall be duly evaluated and a final decision in respect thereof communicated with expedition and preferably within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
Accordingly and without going into the merits or otherwise of the claim of the petitioners, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
