The relief sought in this petition is for directing respondent no.2 to enquire the matter by him or to any independent investigating agency and produce the progress report before this Court within stipulated period as fixed by this Court.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has not annexed copy of the medical examination report of the injured.
The writ petition stands rejected accordingly.
