JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr. Dipak Patel, learned advocate for the petitioners states that the land in question which is allotted to the respondent Municipality in the order impugned dated 2.3.2012 is granted on payment of Rs.2,15,20,000/­, whereas the petitioners are ready to deposit a sum of Rs.7 crores (Rupees seven crores only). Mr. Patel, on instructions, states that the petitioners are ready and willing to deposit the said amount in this Court. To enable Mr. Patel to make a definite statement on oath, S.O. to 18.9.2012.
