The petitioner wants to give a quiteous to the litigation and sell the property in order to settle down at Kochi. The petitioner therefore seeks early disposal of the suit for mandatory injunction where he is the first defendant. It is for the petitioner to move appropriate application in the suit to advance the hearing and include the same in the list for trial. Any such application in O.S. No. 343/2014 on the file of the court of the Munsiff I of Nedumangad shall be dealt with accordingly.
2. Every endeavour shall be made to dispose of the suit before the court closes for summer recess in the year 2015.
The Original Petition is disposed of.
