(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE KS JHAVERI) On perusal of the office note, it appears that this Court on 26.02.2008 had directed the Juvenile Court, S.K. at Himmatnagar to decide the Sessions Case No. 71 of 2004, within a period of six months. In this connection, the learned Additional Civil Judge, & J,M.F.C., Juvenile Justice S.K. at Himmatnagar through learned Additional Sessions Judge, S.K. at Himmatnagar vide letter dated 27.02.2008 has requested for extension of time for a further period of six months to decide the said case.
Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, the time to decide the Sessions Case No. 71 of 2004 is extended for a further period of six months. It is made clear, that no further extension will be granted on any of the grounds.
The office note stands disposed of accordingly.
