At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he be permitted to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh with better particulars and details, as the laches in filing the present application have not been sufficiently explained.
Prayer made is allowed.
The application is, accordingly, dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file a fresh.
Certified copy of the impugned order may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicant after obtaining photo copy of the same to be kept on record.
