On matter being taken up today, Sri P.K. Giri, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, states that an order has been passed by District Magistrate, Mau on 25.7.2018 in due compliance of the direction issued by the writ Court. He further states that the first instalment of Rs. 40,000/- under Lohia Awas Yojna has already been released in favour of the applicant.
Counsel for the applicant very fairly states that the direction issued by the writ Court has already been complied with.
In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to proceed any further in the instant matter.
The contempt application stands disposed of accordingly.
